| 2011 CRUISE ABOVE THE CLOUDS Presented by Phil Long Dealerships SATURDAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (TENTATIVE) WOODLAND PARK / CRIPPLE CREEK WOODLAND PARK - All participants and visitors are encouraged to visit area businesses while in the area. There are some great dining and shopping establishments located within easy walking distance of the show. 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Registration – all pre-registered participants will go thru a staging area to receive their window stickers. That location has yet to be determined. You will then be directed to parking. Once parked you may proceed to the Cruiser’s Tent (North end of lake) to receive your packet, dash plaque, and t-shirt. • Poker Hands / Door Prizes (all door and major prizes are drawn by registration entry numbers), and other cruise merchandise will be available at the tent. Be sure to check at the tent to see if you have won a door prize. 50/50 Cash Raffle Tickets will be available up till the drawing at the Awards Ceremony. • Please add your cell phone # to your window sticker. This is so we can notify you in case of emergency . 9:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies. 9:15 a.m. - Music by Nick Donovan – Oldies 108 KDZA, Pueblo, and Wallace Cotton. 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 pm Show n’ Shine. 11:00 a.m. – Participants and Ladies Choice ballots due (registration tent). 11:00 a.m. – Judging Begins. 1:30 p.m. – Awards Ceremony - Pavilion located on the west side of the lake. 3:00 p.m. – 2011 Poker Run – presented by Wildwood Casino. • Poker Run Packets can be purchased at the Registration Tent ($10/hand – no limit in the number of hands). • Poker Run Directions will be in the packet. • Awards (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN). $500 / High Hand. $300 / 2nd Highest Hand. $200 / Low Hand. EVERYONE GOING TO CRIPPLE CREEK MUST STOP AT THE WILDWOOD CASINO PARKING LOT FOR CHECK-IN AND STAGING TO BENNETT AVE. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON TO BENNETT AVE. WITHOUT A 2011 CATC WINDOW STICKER. CRIPPLE CREEK - Fall is one of the most spectacular times of the year in Teller County. Be sure to visit the historic landmarks, and shops of this old mining district. There are unique shopping, dining, and gaming opportunities located within walking distance of the show. Event Headquarters is the Wildwood Casino. Official Hotel is the Gold King Mountain Inn. 1:00 – 9:00 p.m. Cripple Creek Street Festival / Beer Garden – Bennett Street. 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. – Wildwood Casino Meet and Greet – Participants will check in and receive Wildwood Goodie Bag and stage for Bennett Ave. parking. • You must display your windshield registration card to park on Bennett Ave. • You may leave your car parked overnight on Bennett Ave. • Security will be provided from 8:00 p.m. till 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. 5:30 p.m. – Poker Run Awards – presented by the Wildwood Casino (location yet to be determined). YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE AWARDS. 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. – Street Dance, Beer Garden 6:00 p.m. – 8:00pm “Sunset Show n’ Shine” – Must be a registered participant. There will additional awards presented for this “official” event. 8:15 p.m. – “Sunset Show n Shine” Awards Ceremony – Bennett Ave / Second Street - Stage. If you leave Saturday night and plan to return on Sunday morning, please plan on returning by 9:00 am. You may cone your parking space, if you wish. There is a 24 hour shuttle running between the Gold King Mountain Inn, Wildwood Casino, and the downtown area. SUNDAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS CRIPPLE CREEK CRIPPLE CREEK - SUNDAY – SUNDAY - Music by Nick Donovan – Oldies 108 KDZA, Pueblo, and Wallace Cotton till 1:00 p.m. 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Street Show on Bennett Avenue. Please have your windshield registration entry card (with your cell phone number) on display by 10:00 a.m. to qualify for the trophies. 1:30 p.m. – TROPHY PRESENTATIONS (location yet to be determined). Free Parking on Bennett Avenue. Your car must be parallel parked at the curb if you stay past 6p.m. Thank you for attending the 20th. Annual Cruise Above the Clouds !
